We're a community-driven effort. We don't have a dedicated staff to help. However, we have a number of enthusiastic people in our community that can help.

Search

The first thing you should do when facing an issue is search the Amahi sites in the search box at the top of this site, with the appropriate keywords. That may give you a soution right away.

FAQ

That search should include the FAQ in this section of the site. However, you may want to take a look in the section most close to your issue. If you think your issue should be listed there, it would be great for others is you can tell us by submitting feedback from your account control panel.

Wiki

We have a wiki, where many topics are documented. You may find a clarification there that will help fix your problems.

Mailing List

We'd also like it if you could search the users mailing list. Many times people in the community have faced similar issues. Otherwise, some people in the community with experise in the area may be able to help faster than we can.
