phpSysInfo is a PHP script that displays information about the host being accessed. It will displays things like Uptime, CPU, Memory, SCSI, IDE, PCI, Ethernet, Floppy, and Video Information.

SABnzbd

SABnzbd is a free/open-source cross-platform binary newsreader written in Python.
SABnzbd is one of the most heavy-duty newsreaders out there, with plugins like , etc.

WebVNC

Remote desktop viewer, embedded in a web page. No other VNC viewing software needs to be download, all is handled in the application itself.

AmahiTunes

AmahiTunes is an Amahi-customized version of the FireFly Media Server.

FireFly is built to be the best server software to serve digital music to iTunes, the Roku Soundbridge, to be able to serve the widest variety of digital music content over the widest range of devices.

Most users can simply copy their files to the music directory and access them with iTunes, Rhythmbox or similar music streaming software.

Transmission

Transmission is a fast, easy, and free multi-platform BitTorrent client.

Transmission is designed from the ground up to balance power with simplicity. We've set initial preferences so things "Just Work", while advanced features like watch directories, bad peer blocking, and the web interface can be configured with just a few clicks.

When Ubuntu chose Transmission as its default BitTorrent client, one of the most-cited reasons was its easy learning curve.

Piwik

Piwik is a downloadable, open source (GPL licensed) web analytics software package. It provides detailed reports on your website and its visitors, including the search engines and keywords they used, the language they speak, which pages they like, the files they download and so much more. Piwik aims to be an open source alternative to Google Analytics.

RPM Fusion (Free)

RPM Fusion is a repository of add-on packages for Fedora maintained by a group of volunteers. RPM Fusion is not a standalone repository, but an extension of Fedora. RPM Fusion provides software that the Fedora Project or Red Hat doesn't want to ship due to their License choices. RPM Fusion only distributes packages which can be legally re-distributed.

uShare

uShare is a UPnP (TM) A/V & DLNA Media Server.

uShare implements the server component that provides UPnP media devices with information on available multimedia files. uShare uses the built-in http server of libupnp to stream the files to clients.

Gallery 2

Gallery is a web based software product that lets you manage your photos on your own website. With Gallery you can easily create and maintain albums of photos via an intuitive interface. Photo management includes automatic thumbnail creation, image resizing, rotation, ordering, captioning, searching and more. Albums and photos can have view, edit, delete and other permissions per individual authenticated user for an additional level of privacy.

phpMyAdmin

phpMyAdmin is a free software tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the web. phpMyAdmin supports a wide range of operations with MySQL. The most frequently used operations are supported by the user interface (managing databases, tables, fields, relations, indexes, users, permissions, etc), while you still have the ability to directly execute any SQL statement.

Horde

Horde Groupware is an enterprise-ready, browser based collaboration suite. Users can manage and share calendars, contacts, tasks and notes with the standards compliant components from the Horde Project.

Webmin

Webmin is a web-based interface for advanced system administration.

Using any modern web browser, advanced users can setup user accounts, Apache, DNS, file sharing and much more. Webmin removes the need to manually edit Unix configuration files like /etc/passwd, and lets you manage a system from the console or remotely.

phpMyBackup

phpMyBackup Pro is a very easy to use, free, web-based MySQL backup application, licensed under the GNU GPL. You can create scheduled backups, manage and restore them, download or email them and a lot more!

vnStat

vnStat is a network traffic monitor that keeps a log of network traffic for the selected interface(s). It uses the network interface statistics provided by the kernel as information source. This means that vnStat won't actually be sniffing any traffic and also ensures light use of system resources.
